Selling a product with W.O.W is the easiest way to promote yourself online without having all the expense and time-consuming details of publishing your own website.

Here's how it works;

 

We require product pictures, formats accepted are Corel Draw up to version 13, JPeg, or Gif.

Submit your product details, including descriptions, colours, sizes, etc. with pricing and approximate shipping time.

Shipping rates can be obtained from us or you can charge a flat rate.

Be sure to include dimensions of your parcel and weight for accurate shipping rates.

A one-time $50 set-up initial charge applies. Up to 5 products per month can be edited/changed. A $50 per each 5 additional product applies thereafter.

WOW does not process payments on your behalf, you must have an online merchant account to process the orders, such as Paypal etc. Orders will be directly sent to you via the email address supplied on registration. All orders must be shipped in a timely manner, and you must have a customer return and problem or complaint resolution process in place. A detailed outline of our policies will be sent to you upon registration, which requires you to sign and agree to the policies of our site.

Becoming a W.O.W Vendor
Supporting Our Community

First as a registered Vendor Member you will receive 25% discounts on all products in our site-owned catalogue. You do not receive these discounts on other Members stores, unless pre-arranged and agreed to by the Vendor. Some books and CD's may not be eligible for the discount, check with us before you order these items. Do not place an online order through the site, email your order directly to barb@witchesofwindsor.com to ensure that your 25% discount is applied. The site will not automatically issue a discount, since it is strictly for retail customers.

Our Vendors make money two ways: 1) from the sales of your own products on this site. You set your own prices and process all orders for these items, we simply give you an online means to sell them  2) from any purchases your customers make on the site-owned catalogue, we pay 25% commission.
To receive your 25% commission on site-owned catalogue sales, please have the customer quote your vendor ID# when placing the order online. The best way to ensure you are paid for these sales is to send us a list of your customers email addresses, so that we can integrate the information permanently into our main database. This will save us and you from missing out on commissions owed for web sales. The Witches of Windsor make every effort to ensure that our Vendors are compensated for sales generated, we will never intentionally withhold commissions from you under any circumstances. If you feel that you were not compensated for a sale, please contact us for resolution.
